If you contact me by phone, in your message, let me know some good times when I can reach you. Email is usually the easiest way to find a time to connect on the phone, so if you feel comfortable you can include your email address in your phone message.
In our initial 10-15 minute phone call, I will take time to learn about why you are seeking therapy. And I will encourage you to ask any questions you might have about my approach to therapy and my practice. If it feels like we could be a good fit to work together, we can schedule an initial therapy session. After our first session we can decide together if we will continue to meet on a weekly basis.
My San Francisco office is located in the neighborhood of Noe Valley on 24th street.

Address: 4155 24th Street, San Francisco CA, between Castro and Diamond streets in the neighborhood of Noe Valley.
Bus: Take the #24 or #48 bus line. Both lines stop at the corner of Castro street and 24th street, half a block from the office.
BART: From the 24th street BART station you can take the #48 bus line to Castro street and 24th street.
Parking: Street parking is available.
