I work with individuals and couples on a range of concerns including codependency, childhood trauma, grief and loss, finding intimacy, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. In our initial 10-15 minute phone call, I will take time to learn about why you are seeking therapy. And I will encourage you to ask any questions you might have about my approach to therapy and my practice. If it feels like we could be a good fit to work together, we can schedule an initial therapy session. After our first session we can decide together if we will continue to meet on a weekly basis.

I see clients via telehealth throughout California and in my San Francisco office in Noe Valley at 4155 24th Street, San Francisco, CA 94114.
